Here We Go!!!

Today is a momentous occasion! We, the worship and arts community of Scottsdale Bible Church, have become a blogging kormos. What's this world coming to? And btw, what's a kormos anyway? Is it a cousin to a thermos? Something found on the island of Patmos? I'll leave it up to you to find out. If you really want to know, be sure to attend the fall kick-off for choir/orchestra on Wednesday, September 6th. For now, I'll just tell you that we're going to use this quirky web tool to keep in touch. Watch for birth announcements (we've got 2 coming up), prayer requests, leadership and service opportunities as well as a general update on life as we know it in the worship and arts department. Hope you're not yawning yet because we'll try to keep this engaging. Please, please, add your own stories of how this ministry (and the Lord!) is working in your life and the lives of those around you. Let's keep the nagging to a minimum. Mom was right--if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.
